Hello Part Time Millionaires, welcome back to the Podcast! Today we are going to talk about the kind of Coaching you and your Team need, separately and together, for the overall success of your company. Once you hit the $250K a year Level, you’re at a place where you can sell your offer consistently and at this point you’re just scaling your income to $500K and all the way to $1M.

Scaling your income will look like learning how to serve more clients without spending more time and money.

And it’s so interesting because I find people understand the concept of scaling your sales in terms of business model. It’s like okay, I just have to make more money without spending more time. Got it. So I’ll have to do a group program or I’ll have to increase the price point and clientele of my Agency offer. 

People rarely talk about what it means to scale their Team.

Scaling your Team means you’re growing the quality and quantity of output or deliverables, without increasing the amount of people on your Team.

There’s a time to GROW your Team, but you must first master scaling it.

This is the Coaching both you, the CEO and your Team need as a collective. Both of you need to understand how to scale output without hiring new people.

The best and simplest way to do this is through Systems and Mindset Coaching. 

Again, people usually have a grasp on the fact that they need Systems to Scale. But they don’t always think about the Mindset required to do so.

In that process, you’ll walk away with a 1 year plan that you can share with your team. You will be clear on exactly what you and your team will be working on and the things your business will need as you go such as upcoming hires or investments. 

From there, you’ll move onto Hiring and Training and Leading. You won’t have to sit through hours of course material. Instead, I’ve designed the curriculum to serve as a toolbox of simple frameworks for yourself and your team to apply across the board.

As you implement the OOO plan, you’ll have the group slack channel that I check daily to drop any questions, anytime.

Every week, we will have our group call where we will check in on your progress and coach you through your roadblocks. 

Your Team will receive access to the Contractors Course. This course is designed to provide your contractors with the tools they need to balance both their business and being a team member on yours. 

They will learn my signature time and project management concepts that helped me manage a full roster of high demand agency clients while still hitting my own business goals. They will learn how to operate more efficiently in your unique business.
