From Burned Out Agency Owner to
I WENT FROM AN AGENCY TEAM OF 10 THAT HAD ME STRESSED OUT, OVERANXIOUS AND BURDENED To having a lean coaching team with high profits, peace, and performance.
It started with making a simple business model decision: EMAIL MARKETING.
By implementing email as a key strategy, I no longer had to hustle on social and was able to heal from burnout.
I took my experience as a Funnel Builder and created the highest performing email strategy in the industry and it created a scalable foundation for my marketing.
Then, I deleted all the advice other Millionaires were giving and released my employees. I realized that I didn’t need a team completely “dedicated” to my business to scale it with ease.
I learned how to lead better and leaner.

2019
I was full-time in a healthcare job that was great on paper. It seemed like I had it all and yet I felt trapped. One day, I had a massive panic attack at work where I was hospitalized at my own job.
After taking 3 emergency PTO days, I decided I couldn't keep working like this and needed to find a job that didn't create constant injuries and stress. I had officially "burned out."
2020
I started my business selling online business manager services and quickly scaled into an OBM agency. I taught other OBMs how to get more clients at the same time through my signature OBM Academy and I also began teaching my clients email marketing after realizing it was the simplest marketing strategy for a depressed side hustler.
By the end of that year, I had complicated services and 10 team members - half of them being employees - all while side hustling in my healthcare career. My payroll was huge, profit was low, I had clients that weren't happy even though we were working so hard and my peace was non-existent.
2021
I decided again that nothing was worth my peace. $50K-$60K months wasn't even worth it. I wanted more money and more peace.
That's when I decided to simplify my services into email and funnels only and focus on fixing my team, systems and mindset. I improved my profit, performance and peace from doing this.
2022
I launched my signature group program, Million Dollar Email and scaled it to over 100 students while working part-time in the first year using email marketing, team, systems and mindset work.
That's when I realized I needed a team, systems and mindset program and Million Dollar CEO was born.
2023
I made $1M in a year with 50% profit, a lean team, and an email list below 1,000 subscribers using the 4 skills I teach my clients (email, team, systems and mindset.)
