How to go from Launch to Funnel
- Going from a launch-based business model to a funnel-based business model, you need 3 things:
- A launch data review
- A funnel messaging strategy
- A funnel sales plan
- So step 1: you need to take all of your launch data and find your top objections and highest-performing content pieces.
- This will help you achieve step 2: which is you need to design your messaging to convert cold and warm leads quickly.
- Specifically, you need to find what I call your lifetime angles. These are the angles that aren’t trend based but are timeless, but also and they should answer your top objections.
- These angles should be able to do all the work you’re currently doing in a launch for you.
- Example: Millionaires Write Emails – answers “I don’t know if I should focus on email right now, I’m already converting…etc.” / Templates don’t change industries answers objections too – I have people that join JUST from these angles because these angles encompass an entire launch in one sentence
- Another example is “A photoshoot isn’t a rebrand” – timeless, answers and objection
- The thing about a launch-based business model is you’ve gotten used to being able to produce a lot of different kinds of content both timeless, trending, etc. but with a funnel you need to be able to replace an entire launch with a few emails.
- Then, step 3 is you need to actually have a funnel sales plan. A lot of you will set up a funnel and use it as a happy bonus to your sales. You need to actually have a plan to drive traffic to your funnel consistently so that it actually replaces a launch 1-2 times a year.
