My name is Dawn (she/her/hers), and I am an online business manager and operations strategist. I have 16+ years of operations, administrative, leadership, event planning, and project management experience, including three years as an online business manager (OBM). Before becoming an OBM, I worked in various roles in higher education.
Simplifying is one of my superpowers. Seeing the path forward is another one. I care deeply about creating equity and justice and work to ensure my business reflects those values, as well as curiosity, collaboration, and resourcefulness.
A few more things about me:
- I come by my loving, bossy older sister vibe honestly.
- My two kids keep me and my husband on our toes, as any children of mine naturally would.
- I love to cook, think, fish, read, and be outside (ideally on the water or under the trees).
My favorite people to work with are the ones who are making good trouble. My ideal clients are consultants, speakers, educators, facilitators, coaches, and service providers who disrupt their industries in order to create more equity and justice in those communities. They believe that hiring operations support will help them propel their work forward and allow them to make a bigger impact.
