It feels like Webinar season right now and I want to make sure you all don’t make some big webinar mistakes that I commonly see.
I have done plenty of webinars, some that have done well and some that haven’t done well. I tried a lot of different approaches and now I know what works.
I did 2 Webinars recently that have done exceptional, one for $10K pay in full DFY VIP Days where I made $40,000 and then one for my $12K Million Dollar CEO coaching program where I made multiple 6 figures.
And I want to tell you how to make 6 figures from one Webinar.

Okay, so let’s start with the Webinar Mistakes you need to stop making immediately.
The reason why you’re creating webinar titles and incentives that do okay but don’t help you hit your goals is because you are not clear on your Offer Story, which we’ll get to later.
But a huge reason why you don’t make 6 figures from your webinars is because you are not writing sales emails before it, you spend all your time writing “nurture” emails and soft pitching your webinar, and the sales emails you do write for after the webinar aren’t strong enough to convert whether they watched the webinar or not. Your launch hinges on the success of your webinar and how many people show up or watch it. So people will ask me “how do I get more people to show up to my webinar?” instead of the better question which is – how can I hit my goals whether people show up or not?
This is why you’re spending time trying to get people to watch your replay and not answering enough questions for as many people to convert as possible.

Now, what is the Email Strategy you need to generate as many Webinar Subscribers as possible and convert as many as possible on and after the Webinar?
Your Webinar Email Strategy should have people sold before they even join the Webinar and keep enrolling clients even if people never watched a minute of the Webinar.
You need a strong pre-webinar email strategy and post-webinar email strategy.

The biggest mistakes I see when people do webinar launches is they don’t know what email content to create that balances selling their offer, selling their incentive and selling why people should join the webinar, they don’t know how to properly sequence their webinar content before and after to convert as many people as possible whether they watched the webinar or not, and they spend too much time trying to get people to watch the webinar replay because they spent all their time on their webinar and not their emails.
