A big concern my clients come to me with is, I can’t grow my business if my team is constantly making mistakes.
So they hire new people all the time, they jump in on tasks their team doesn’t complete correctly or that they don’t trust their team to complete at all, they simmer and get frustrated on what their team is doing or not doing, they keep updating their SOPs and feel like they are constantly training their team.

When actually, you focusing on growth will actually reduce your mistakes from your team.
