Hey Part Time Millionaires, today we are going to talk about the calendar space required to enroll 100-1,000 clients.

As many of you know, I have been launching my team systems and mindset program, Million Dollar CEO. This program is for coaches and agency owners that want to scale their business peacefully.

When you’re trying to sell with your current calendar being packed out, you’re really just muscling through enrolling more clients when you don’t have to.

You need to clear your calendar in order to have the capacity to enroll 100-1,000 clients.

Not capacity on your calendar because we aren’t going to clear it just to add more to it, but in your brain.

Without capacity, you will stop growing or you will grow stressfully.

Myself, my most successful friends and clients, all have hours of calendar space everyday. Because of this, we are more well rested, more creative, we are more thoughtful with our decisions, and we feel balanced.

I remember it was the middle of the week and I was on a work trip with friends and we literally sat around for hours just brainstorming with each other. And I remember thinking how invaluable that was. How if I had my calendar filled the way it used to be, I wouldn’t have days like this.

Every single one of us are experiencing our highest income years already, and it’s only March, because we have so much calendar space.

• An open calendar allows you plenty of time to get your work done, so you never feel behind and overscheduled, which means you stop being the bottleneck on your team and your company actually produces more
• An open calendar means you feel safe to enroll more clients because you’ve had so much time to strategize your curriculum, service delivery, and client experience
• An open calendar means you’re able to receive an abundance of coaching and apply all of it so you get better results than ever
• An open calendar means you have plenty of space to be creative and do more unique sales activities so your launches and marketing always stands out
• An open calendar means you can wake up later, have a full day of personal lifestyle activities before you even start work, and live your life with your friends and family
