What exactly is the guarantee, and how does it work?
Simple: if you fully participate and still do not generate at least $50,000 more in sales than your last launch while you are an MDE Elite client, we continue working with you for free until you do. We structure this so you can objectively compare launch-to-launch results and know whether we delivered.
We are not promising “money for nothing.” You still need to show up, send the emails, and follow the plan. The guarantee assumes you participate: complete onboarding, write and send the sequence we map with you, attend or watch coaching, and implement the optimizations we give you. If you do that and still do not see at least $50,000 more than your last launch, we keep working with you at our expense until you do.
How much time do I need each week?
The time it takes to make $50,000-$150,000 more will be worth it. During the build phase, expect about 2 to 4 hours per week to be in calls, review drafts, and send emails. During your live launch, you will spend a bit more time watching numbers and implementing tweaks, but our fast writing process and tools are specifically designed to reduce total time compared to how long you are currently spending to get weaker results.
I already have copywriters / a marketing team. Does this still make sense?

What list size do I really need for this to work?
The program is designed for business, marketing, and sales coaches with at least 500 subscribers and a launch-based offer that has already sold. If you are below that threshold, your main constraint is likely lead generation, not email strategy. Once you cross 500+ engaged subscribers and are launching, that is when optimization quickly turns into $50,000–$150,000 jumps.
Is this only for certain niches?
The common thread is: you are a coach selling to a specific type of entrepreneur (ie business coach for healers, growth coach for physicians, etc.) with a launch-based offer. We have worked with programs in multiple B2B niches using the same launch email principles. The frameworks are niche-agnostic; the specifics (stories, objections, examples) are tailored to your audience during onboarding and coaching.
How long do I have access to support?
You are supported for 6 months, through the full implementation of 2 mapped launches and post-launch funnel build. If you hit your guaranteed outcome faster, great. If not, the guarantee extends our support beyond the initial term until you have generated at least $50,000 more in revenue than your last launch.
what happens on the application call? Is it a hard pitch?
